It was discovered in 2025 in the Timimoun region of the Algerian Sahara. The total known weight of the recovered material is approximately 26 kilograms.\nAlthough it has already been classified as an aubrite, its entry has not yet been updated in the official meteorite database (Meteoritical Bulletin Database). This indicates a very recent discovery, with formal documentation still in progress.\nMineral Composition and Appearance\nAubrites are achondrites formed through melting and differentiation of planetesimal bodies, similar to basalts on Earth.
